Edusoft Academy is an education technology platform providing online learning and examination-preparation services to students, government-job aspirants, college and university students, teachers, and other learners.

Where payment details are entered directly into a third-party payment provider's system, Edusoft Academy generally does not receive or store the complete card number, CVV or equivalent payment credentials. Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

When you use our website or applications, certain information may be collected automatically. This may include IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, device or application information, app version, language and regional settings, network information, date and time of access, pages or screens viewed, features used, referring source, crash and diagnostic information, performance information, and general usage information.

We do not intend to publicly publish identifiable individual student results without appropriate authorization, unless disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Edusoft Academy provides educational Services that may be used by school students and other minors. We take the privacy of children and minors seriously.

15.1 General Approach

Where a user is a minor, we may require parental or legal-guardian involvement or consent where required by applicable law or appropriate for the particular Service. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise minors' use of online educational services. We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the educational Service being provided.

15.2 U.S. COPPA

The exact information displayed in Google Play Data Safety and Apple App Store Privacy Details may vary depending on the specific version of the application and the third-party SDKs or services integrated into that version. We will update these disclosures when our data practices materially change.

Apple App Store

Apple requires applications to provide an accessible privacy policy and accurate privacy information in App Store Connect. Edusoft Academy will maintain its privacy disclosures in accordance with applicable Apple requirements.

Where Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework applies to tracking performed by the application, the relevant permission request will be presented before such tracking occurs. Apple's App Store privacy information must accurately account for data collected by both the application and integrated third-party partners.

Google Play
